This Terms of Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Grinshare Services. By using the Grinshare Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a visitor (viewing images) or uploader (sharing images). You are only authorized to access this site or to use the Grinshare Services, including materials and services contained in the site, if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement. Grinshare expressly reserves the right to remove any or all of your image and/or to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Grinshare Services if Grinshare determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to Grinshare and/or its Users.
All files uploaded belongs to the uploader and Grinshare claims no responsibility of the uploaded content.
Uploading Adult Material is strictly prohibited at Grinshare and any such incident caught might result in termination of grinshare service for the offender.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRINSHARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GRINSHARE SERVICES.
Grinshare respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. Grinshare has the right to terminate the access of infringers. If you believe your work has been copied and posted on or through the Grinshare Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.
